  • Send you email notifications when your headshots are ready
  • Improve our service and user experience
  • Process payments and prevent fraud

3. Photo Handling

This is the most important part:

  • Your photos are processed and then deleted. We do not keep your uploaded photos or generated headshots beyond 30 days.
  • We never use your photos to train shared AI models. Your photos are only used for your own headshot generation.
  • We never sell or share your photos with any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Photos are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 with automatic expiration.
  • We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Cloudflare R2 — Temporary file storage
  • Replicate — AI model inference (photos are sent for processing only)
  • Resend — Transactional emails

Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
