1. Service Description

NeatHeadshot provides AI-powered professional headshot generation. You upload personal photos, and our AI generates professional headshots based on your selections.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are one-time charges processed through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
• If you are not satisfied with your headshots, Pro plan users may request one free redo.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all photos you upload.
• You own the AI-generated headshots and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the generated images as a standalone product.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and delete uploaded photos after processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeatHeadshot is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
